Fuzzy Logic Model of Journal Bearing Lubricated with Nano Lubricant
Main Article Content
Abstract
In this paper, the frictional co-efficient of a bearing that is lubricated with nano lubricants is estimated using fuzzy logic. The journal bearing test rig was used to undertake the experiments based on a response surface methodology driven central composite design. The experimental results are input to the fuzzy logic model. The model results indicated that the optimal frictional co-efficient of a bearing can be effectively obtained from the fuzzy model.
