Numerical and Experimental Analysis of Subsonic Ramjet
Main Article Content
Abstract
This paper conducts a comprehensive analysis of subsonic ramjet engines using numerical simulations and experiments. It focuses on inlet design, fuel injection, combustion processes and exit jet characteristics. A parametric study optimizes engine performance by varying key parameters. Numerical simulations employ computational fluid dynamics (CFD) in ANSYS Fluent. Experimental analysis measures thrust output and validates numerical results. The project enhances understanding of subsonic ramjet engine design, efficiency and operational range.
