Design and Analysis of Robotic Arm for Serving Material in Automotive Industry
Main Article Content
Abstract
The Robotic arm plays an important role in industries for performing tasks which are dangerous for humans, high precision work and carrying heavy load. This work is related to design and analysis of a robotic arm that might be used for pick and place operations for carrying heavy weight. Solidworks was used for model. ANSYS software was used to simulate the CAD models of structures, electronics, or machine components for analysing strength, elasticity, toughness, and temperature distribution. Importing a CAD model into the ANSYS software helps in examining a robotic arm under loading condition. After the completion of the design, the stress variation and deformation of the robotic arm by using different materials and under provided loading condition were obtained.
