Vibration Analysis of the Dipper Arm Cylinder in an Excavator using MATLAB-Adams Co-simulations
Main Article Content
Abstract
The working device is a crucial component of the excavator that directly bears the service load. The structural strength of the working device plays a critical role in determining the reliability with the service behaviour of the excavator. However, when using the Finite Element Method to analyze the stiffness and strength of a key component or structures through a separate calculation, it can be challenging to make sure the accuracy of boundary conditions and loads, which may influence in the results. This study proposes a novel system integration approach to comprehensively analyze the working device of WYL50 hydraulic excavator.
