Abstract

Nowadays, natural fiber woven composites play a major role for automotive industries due to the advantages of low weight, good durability, strength, low cost, increase a mileage due to light weight composite can be used for various interiors. We used three different kinds of woven natural fiber Bamboo, Raime and Kenaf doped with wire mesh to fabricate composites for structural applications. We are preparing samples without filler and with filler of CaCO3 in the weight percentage of (1%, 3%, 5% and 7%), then the optimum result can be obtained with the help of mechanical property, the high strength sample were used for brass wire mesh, tensile flexural, impact, hardness test were conducted to find the optimum results, thermal analysis were made with TGA, surface roughness were found with water jet machining, the brass wire mesh doped with hybrid combination of three natural fiber with weight percentage of 5% filler improves the tensile strength whereas decrease the impact, the thermal analysis were found the improvement in the hybrid composite. The Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) image shows that these bundles are partially pulled out, indicating debonding or pull-out, which is a common fracture mechanism in fibre-reinforced composites. Filler presence is also seen in calcium carbonate (CaCO₃) particles added as a filler material to improve stiffness, reduce cost, or enhance other properties. The wire mesh fragment observed in the top-right region appears partially embedded or fractured, indicating mechanical interlocking with the surrounding matrix. This implies a possible reinforcement or structural support function.
